Welcome to Chef & Dough. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. About us
Chef & Dough is a Jaipur-based premium dessert brand (FSSAI License No. 2226067003367) offering freshly prepared eggless desserts for delivery.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or place orders under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Our products

  • All our desserts are 100% eggless and freshly prepared after you place your order.
  • We do not use artificial preservatives, artificial colours, or artificial sweeteners.
  • Weights, sizes, and descriptions are approximate. Because our products are handmade, minor variations can occur.

4. Allergen information
Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat (gluten), nuts (including hazelnut), soy, and other allergens, and are prepared in a kitchen that handles these ingredients. If you or the person you are ordering for has any allergy, please contact us before ordering. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free product.

5. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Prices may change without notice. The price shown at the time of placing your order applies to that order.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

6. Order acceptance
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our service area, the information provided is incorrect, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

7. Delivery, cancellation, and refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Refunds and replacements are governed by our Refund, Return & Replacement Policy.

8. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide a correct and complete delivery address and a reachable phone number.
  • Be available to receive your order. As our products are perishable, failed deliveries caused by the customer cannot be refunded.
  • Store the product as advised on the product page or packaging (for example, refrigerate where required).

9. Custom requests
Messages, themes, and customisations are fulfilled on a best-effort basis. Exact colour matching and replication of reference artwork cannot be guaranteed.

10. Intellectual property
All content on this website belongs to Chef & Dough and may not be used without our written permission.

11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Chef & Dough’s liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including weather, traffic, strikes, power failure, or courier issues.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
