Service area
We currently deliver only within Jaipur, Rajasthan. Enter your pin code at checkout to check whether we deliver to your location.
Delivery timings
- We deliver every day between 11:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
- As our desserts are freshly prepared after you order, please allow approximately 60-90 minutes for preparation and delivery. The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout.
- Orders for a specific date and time can be scheduled in advance at checkout.
Delivery charges
The delivery fee, if any, is calculated based on your location and order value and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery partners
Orders are delivered by our own riders or trusted third-party delivery partners. Delivery updates are shared by WhatsApp or SMS.
Packaging
Products are packed to travel safely. Please handle them gently and refrigerate them on arrival unless advised otherwise.
Delays
Traffic, weather, high order volumes, and festival days can cause delays. We will always try to keep you informed. Delays alone do not entitle you to a refund, unless the order cannot be delivered or arrives spoiled.
Failed deliveries
If we cannot reach you, or you are unavailable at the delivery address, we will try to contact you at least twice. If delivery still cannot be completed, the order will be treated as delivered and no refund will be issued, as the product is perishable.
